Privacy & Data

This page explains, in plain terms, what personal information can reach us through this fitness training website, what we do with it and the choices you have.

Who looks after your data

This website is operated by Fitness SDFF World, reachable at 11302 218th Ave E, Bonney Lake, Washington, 98391, and by email at [email protected]. When this page says “we” or “us”, it means the people who run this site and answer its support inbox.

The short version

We built this site to collect as little as possible. There are no accounts, no sign-up forms, no advertising and no analytics scripts. Personal information only reaches us in two ways: when you choose to send us an email, and through the basic technical records any web server keeps when it delivers a page.

Things we deliberately avoid

  • We do not sell, rent or trade personal information.
  • We do not run advertising networks or retargeting pixels.
  • We do not load analytics, heat-mapping or session-recording tools.
  • We do not build profiles of visitors or make automated decisions about you.
  • We do not embed third-party video players or social widgets; our training video is served from this website.

Why we use what we receive

Email correspondence is used to understand your question and answer it, and to keep a record of the conversation in case you follow up. Server request records are used to deliver the website, protect it against misuse such as automated attacks, and investigate technical problems.

Where privacy laws require a legal basis, we rely on your request (when you write to us) and our legitimate interest in running a secure, working website (for server records).

Who else may handle it

A small number of service providers process information on our behalf so that the site and inbox can function:

  • Web hosting provider — stores the website files and keeps server request records.
  • Email service provider — stores and delivers messages sent to and from our support address.

These providers may only use the information to provide their service to us. We may also disclose information if required by law, to respond to a valid legal request, or to protect the safety and rights of our visitors or ourselves.

How long we keep it

Emails are kept for as long as needed to deal with your message and any follow-up, then deleted during periodic inbox clean-ups. Server request records are kept by our hosting provider for a limited period under its own retention settings, after which they are deleted or anonymised. You can ask us to delete your emails at any time.

Keeping it safe

The website is served over an encrypted HTTPS connection. Access to the support inbox is limited to the people who need it and protected with strong credentials. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so please avoid sending sensitive information by email.

Your choices and rights

Depending on where you live, you may have some or all of the following rights. You can use any of them by emailing us; we may need to confirm your identity before acting on a request.

A note on health details

Because this is a fitness website, people sometimes mention injuries, conditions or medications when they write to us. Please do not send health details by email — we cannot give personal medical advice. If you do include them, we use them only to reply to your message and will delete them on request.

Younger visitors

This website is intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has sent us personal information, contact us and we will delete it.

When this page changes

If the way we handle personal information changes — for example, if we ever add a new service — we will update this page and the date at the top before the change takes effect.
