Accepting these guidelines

These guidelines form an agreement between you and Fitness SDFF World covering your use of fitnesssdffworld.it.com. If you do not accept them, please do not use the site.

Who may use the site

The site is designed for adults. If you are under 18, use it only with the involvement of a parent or guardian who has read these guidelines.

Training content is general information

Workouts, sample sessions, coaching cues and answers on this site are provided for general educational purposes. They are not tailored to you and are not a substitute for advice from a doctor, physiotherapist or qualified trainer who knows your history.

You are responsible for deciding whether an exercise is suitable for you, choosing appropriate loads, using equipment correctly and training in a safe environment. Stop immediately if you feel pain, dizziness or unusual shortness of breath, and seek professional help where needed.

Who owns the content

The text, layout, logo, graphics, photographs and video on this site are owned by or licensed to Fitness SDFF World and are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. Nothing on the site grants you ownership of any of it.

What personal use allows

You may view pages, print or save a copy of a workout for your own training, and share links to any page. Copying, republishing, selling or redistributing content — including on other websites, apps or social channels — needs our written permission.

Acceptable use

We want the site to stay fast, safe and available for everyone. That means some activities are welcome and some are not.

Welcome

  • Reading and following the training content
  • Linking to pages from your own site or posts
  • Printing sessions to take to the gym
  • Writing to us with questions or corrections

Not allowed

  • Attempting to hack, overload or disrupt the site
  • Bulk scraping or automated copying of content
  • Framing the site to pass it off as your own
  • Sending spam, malware or abusive messages to our inbox

Links to other websites

If a page links to another website, that site is run by someone else under its own terms and privacy practices. A link is not an endorsement, and we are not responsible for external content.

Availability and changes

We may update, reorganise or remove content, or pause the site for maintenance, at any time without notice. We aim for accuracy but cannot promise the site will always be error-free or uninterrupted.

Limits on our liability

The site is provided “as is”. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Fitness SDFF World is not liable for any injury, loss or damage arising from your use of the site or reliance on its content. Nothing here limits liability that cannot legally be limited.

Your responsibility to us

If you break these guidelines and that causes a claim against us, you agree to cover the reasonable costs that result, to the extent the law allows.

Governing law

These guidelines are governed by the laws of the State of Washington, United States. Any dispute will be handled by the courts with jurisdiction there, unless the law where you live gives you the right to bring it locally.

Updates to these guidelines

We may revise these guidelines from time to time. The date at the top shows when they last changed, and continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the new version.
